We are located on Colorado Ave on the border of Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs which makes us centrally located to almost all of your Pikes Peak Country attractions. Good restaurants, spas, horseback riding, miniature golf and hiking/biking trails are within minutes of us. We have some rooms with views of Pikes Peak.

We offer twenty units, outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, coin laundry, playground, picnic tables and BBQ grills. We accept all major credit cards. Our rooms are large, some over 500 square feet, with hardwood floors and private kitchens. We use hypoallergenic soaps and laundry detergents, so our environment is optimal for people with allergies.
